Footless, nesting pieces. Separated, they will move and wobble with a light touch. The white porcelain pieces are a combination of glazed and unglazed, one with my 'blue line' of manganese in the glaze and the middle sized is bare, smooth, black porcelain.
These porcelain bowls were fired rim down. As they shrink during firing the drag against the kiln shelf surface causes the pieces to go slightly out of round for a more organic, often geometric shaped rim.
