Refund policy

Please see my FAQS section in addition to this, for important information about my work.

If a piece arrives in good condition but with features you cannot accept (all work is made by hand, individually and therefore has a unique personality) or you are unhappy with it, I will issue a full refund of the purchase price only,as long as you contact me within 5 days of receiving the piece, and return it to me safely, within 2 weeks. Piece must arrive back to me undamaged.

Items shipped/returned internationally require a 20. per item restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund.

I take great care in packaging your items so that they arrive safely and intact. Please examine your piece(s) upon receipt. If it arrives broken, please notify me as soon as possible (withing 1 day of delivery). Photographs of the piece and the boxes are required. 

All sales are final after a 5-day grace period.

PLEASE NOTE: Lisa Fleming Ceramics is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages. Refunds are not issued for these reasons.

International Shipping
I reserve the right to cancel an order if the system has undercharged for international shipping-my base rate is 60.US for up to 300. and goes up from there.
The customer is responsible for any duty, VAT or destination taxes in the country where a piece is delivered. Returns- Items returned internationally require a 20. per item restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. Customer must pay delivery charges on returns and no refund can be given until a piece in received back in my studio in prefect condition. Any fees to my studio as a result of international returns will be deducted from the refund.
