Shipping policy

Your purchase will be sent via UPS, Fedex or USPS within 3 days of the purchase date, unless I contact you otherwise that I am away from the studio. (please let me know if you have a preference.)

If you request a different shipping method or expedited shipping there will be an additional charge.

Local pick-up in San Francisco, CA is possible, please contact me to arrange. Local delivery in SF is sometimes possible, contact me to inquire.

PLEASE NOTE: Lisa Fleming Ceramics is not responsible for any delayed, lost or stolen packages. Refunds are not issued for these reasons. 

International Shipping
I reserve the right to cancel an order if the system has undercharged for international shipping-my base rate is 60.US for up to 300. and goes up from there.
The customer is responsible for any duty, VAT or destination taxes in the country where a piece is delivered. Returns- Items returned internationally require a 20. per item restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund. Customer must pay delivery charges on returns and no refund can be given until a piece in received back in my studio in prefect condition. Any fees to my studio as a result of international returns will be deducted from the refund.
