Footless, nesting pieces. Separated, they will move and wobble with a light touch. The largest is glazed in a matte cream with a manganese line, and the smaller is unglazed, smooth, Yellow porcelain.
These bowls were fired rim down against the kiln shelf. As they shrink during firing the drag against the surface causes the pieces to go slightly out of round for a more organic, often geometric shaped rim.
