They measure 8"w x 4.25h & 8.5"w x 4"h.
Porcelain ceramics, thrown thin, like a lot of my work, can go slightly out of round in the final glaze firing to almost 2300 degrees. These two bowls, thrown in the same shape and size did just that in the firing and came out a mirror image of one another. Placed side by side they are a repeat and quite unique!
Glazed in my Crystalline White Matte, they are a warm, even, ivory color, with a bit of sparkle on the interior.
My work is primarily decorative, meant to be enjoyed by the eye and the heart. (the matte glazes can stain but are safe)
